Rosehips: It has the ability to help regenerate new skin cells because of astringent levels.The fruit acids and pectin in rose hip tea is a mild diuretic and laxative. It is used to improve, and relieve the symptoms of kidney disorders, or to help in the case of mild constipation. Because of the high vitamin C content they are an excellent immune system supporter and are often used as a supplement to prevent or treat a cold.  Rose hips are a  source of vitamin C; they contain 50% more vitamin C than oranges.


Chamomile: This herb and amazing plant has been know for generations. "Chamomile relaxes intestinal spasms and promotes a calm, mental state." Kathi Kemper M.D. author of The Holistic Pediatrician. Some research has been done to show chamomile can have the same effect on the brain as a mild sedative, but without the side effects.

If your child has a ragweed allergy, please don't use chamomile, as it can irritate that allergy.

Lemon Balm: This has been used for years to help reduce anxiety, promote a calm state and improve indigestion. Why? Because Lemon balm is rich in caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid, which are powerful antioxidants that neutralize reactive oxygen species. Oatstraw: The German government commissioned calcium-rich oat straw extract as an effective herbal remedy for anxiety and stress. FAQ
When do I use this packet of herbs? Use this everyday, after making it into a syrup, as a replacement for multivitamin. Morning and night. If there are any  medical issues present, please seek medical help.
How do I use it? Follow the instructions you receive with your packet to make the syrup. After the syrup is ready administer 1 TEAS to children every morning and night. 
What ages of children is it safe for? From 6 months to 12 years old. Truly, older than 12 is also just fine, though we would recommend a few herbs to add for additional nutritional support. Remember if making this for any children under 2 years old do not use honey as a sweetener.
How long does it store dry? If kept cool, dry and sealed – will store at least 3 years.
How long does it store in syrup form? Use within 2 months of making into syrup.  **Keep Refrigerated In Syrup Form**
Why use Children's Multivitamin Syrup instead of store bought medicines? This is All Natural. Not only does it support the overall nutritional needs of your children's growing body but it also supports their body during illness. It does not suppress or mask the  illness. There are no chemicals or artificial sugars in this recipe.
How do I sweeten this syrup? Use raw maple syrup, agave or honey.
Is it safe for babies? Babies can use it at 6 months. Do not sweeten with honey for infants under 24 months.
How many servings per packet? Each packet makes approximately one quart of syrup. There are approximately 192 teaspoons in a quart. If you have 3 children and give this to them morning and night, one packet is a month's supply
