 Other Things To Consider...
If your mental health is suffering in any kind of form, most of the time the most important thing to consider is your life style. We HIGHLY suggest to evaluate your food choices and atmosphere in order to get the most benefit from this herbal mix. If you continue an unhealth lifestyle, remember that taking these herbs will not be as effective.

Some things to consider:
-Eliminate all white sugars, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, and processed foods
-Get yourself outside and in the sunshine! Especially if you have a child with poor mental health, make sure they start getting more play time
-Eat more foods that are high in magnesium, vitamin B6 and essential fatty acids
-Get regular exercise
-Decrease screen and technology time
-Learn about personality and energy types in order to understand yourself and your family better
-Get sufficient rest
