We have used Valerian Root for YEARS. It is an extremely effective tonic for your nervous system, helping with anxiety and stress!

In medieval Sweden, it was sometimes placed in the wedding clothes of the groom to ward off the "envy" of the elves. How Do I Use It?
We have used Valerian in capsules for years. It has a very "specific" taste... some people like the tea and some people don't. We have recently changed our method of use to making tinctures.
Growing up, and still now, whenever we have felt like we were "majorly stressed" we will take Valerian to help our systems to calm down.
